What is the ETi Discover Excellence Young Talent Internship Program?

A unique program where you can get to know ETi and the business world more closely, develop yourself through various trainings and mentorship processes, and shine with your ideas and projects!

During your internship with the ETi Discover Excellence development program, you'll experience working life first-hand. You will have the opportunity to receive guidance both professionally and personally from our advisors.

Play an Active Role in Projects

You will be part of projects that will come to life! For three months, you will be directed to projects according to our company's needs, where you can closely follow the company's operations and gain experiences that will contribute to your career by taking an active role in the project.

Receive Training on Technical Subjects

Throughout your time in the program, you will receive training that will contribute to your professional life, such as basic project management, presentation techniques, professional life, and communication skills.

Improve Your Presentation Skills

At the end of the program, when you complete the project you are working on, you will reinforce the project and your experience by presenting to the top management.

Seize the Opportunity for Part-Time Work

Following this program, you can continue working part-time with a work schedule that fits the company's needs and your course schedule. After graduation, you may have the opportunity to join full-time positions suitable for you.

Anyone who is in their 3rd or 4th year of university, has an excellent command of English, aims for a career in the FMCG sector, and is brave, agile, entrepreneurial, and limitless in their dreams can apply.

The application announcement is published on LinkedIn in February. Candidate applications are only evaluated through the posting on LinkedIn.

What are the evaluation processes for the ETi Discover Excellence Young Talent Internship Program?

The application evaluation process continues from February to June. The application posting is deactivated at the end of June, and final feedback to candidates is completed by July.
