PREPARATION
Grate the zucchini and leave for straining. Chop up dill, parsley and green onions. Mash the cheese and whip the eggs and mix all ingredients. Add salt and black pepper. Crumble up ETİ Form Toasted Bread Slices in food processor and add to the zucchini mixture. Take meatballs with a spoon and fry in a large pan in sunflower oil or olive oil. Arranged on a plate, zucchini meatballs can be served both hot and cold.
