Founded in 1961 as a sole proprietorship under the name of "ETİ Bisküvi Fabrikası - Firuz Kanatlı", ETİ became a family company with the trade name of "ETİ Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş." in 1972. In 1980, Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded and began cake production. In 1996, a new and modern production facility was established in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone. In December 1999, the production in Eskişehir Center Factory was ceased. As of this date, Company began to male all biscuit production in its new facility in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone. Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Eti Pazarlama ve Sanayi A.Ş. which operated as Eti Companies gathered under Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2013.

ETİ Gıda Biscuit Factory
ETİ Gıda Biscuit Production facility is among the primary ETİ Group establishments intending to carry the “Civilization of Taste” to future. A continuation of the initial facility, this Biscuit plant started its activities in Eskişehir Organized Industry Zone in 1996.
After passing the inspections in 2005, ETİ Gıda Biscuit Production Facility was granted “TPM Excellence Award” by JIPM (Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance). This achievement was followed with “TPM Continuity in Excellence Award” in 2007. In 2009, it received 3rd level “TPM Special Award” which is one of the most important steps of total 5-step award process. The next targets of the biscuit plant in the award process are “TPM Advanced Level Special Award” in 2016, and “TPM World Class Production Award” in 2018 which is the last stage of the award process and only few factories in the world have.

ETİ Gıda Cake Factory
The new Cake facility was established in October 2005 in Eskişehir Organized Industry Zone and began production in order to meet the increasing demand for cake. The factory, capable of producing products at world standards, has been completely equipped with new technologies and has the distinction of being one of the world's few cake production facilities of significant size.
In 2006, Browni and Topkek lines were put into operation, followed by Popkek line in 2007, flexible cake line capable of producing different types of cakes in 2009, and Browni Intense line in 2011, Baton cake line in 2013 and 2 Sütburger lines in 2014.
Our products are produced under extremely modern and hygienic conditions, untouched by human hands and at high capacity.
In 2008, TPM work began, and in 2009, "TPM Excellence Award", in 2012 “TPM Continuity in Excellence Award” and in 2014 “TPM Special Award”, which is 3rd level, were received. TPM work successfully continues at 4th level.
The inspections conducted in 2010 resulted in certification by BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standards), and it is renewed every year. Our factory also has TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and TS EN ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certificates.
We develop our lines and processes and produce innovative products with the aim of being a leader in our sector in the world.
ETİ Gıda Cracker Factory
The facility which was established in 1980 began production in 1981. Balık Kraker, Pizza Kraker, Crax and Tadında branded favorite ETİ cracker products and Sesame Stick Crackers are produced in this factory. In addition to cracker products; Form, Finger, and Turkey’s first baby biscuit Cicibebe and Turkey’s first and only gluten-free biscuit group, Pronot, are produced in ETİ Cracker Factory.
ETİ Cracker Factory sets forth its dedication to and belief in system quality and product reliability with the certificates it has such as TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) Food Safety. Besides, it was granted “TPM Excellence Award” by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance in 2007, followed by “TPM Continuity in Excellence Award” in 2010 with its work which began in 2003 by adopting TPM (Total Productivity Management) system as a factory management system.
ETİ Gıda Chocolate Factory
The foundation of the chocolate factory was laid in 2003, and the production began in the same year. Factory consists of two sections: “Tablet Line” where chocolate varieties are produced, and “Bar Line” where chocolate covered products are produced, and it is one of the most modern facilities of Turkey in its field. Wafer production began in 2009, and number one wafers of Turkey are produced in Eti Gıda Chocolate Factory today. Besides, semi-products of chocolate factory and other Eti factories are produced here.
Products are produced automatically untouched by human hands in the factory where GMP and HACCP rules are applied. Our factory also has TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) Food Safety standards.
Plain organization applications first began in ETİ Chocolate factory. Management levels were reduced as much as possible and the responsibility was assigned to the process employees for this reason. Quality is under the responsibility of all employees in ETİ chocolate factory. The model used here has been extended to all factories since 2006.
Like in the other factories of ETİ, TPM activities continue in Chocolate factory. In 2008, ETİ Chocolate Factory successfully passed JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) inspections and was granted "TPM Excellence Award". Later in 2010, it was granted “TPM Continuity in Excellence Award” and TPM Special award in 2014 and a presentation about its TPM work was made in the award ceremony organized in Japan. Today, Chocolate Factory is an expert in TPM, providing its expertise to the Japanese.
ETİ Gıda Bozüyük Factory
Bozüyük factory is a production facility of ETİ Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. within ETİ Group of Companies. The foundation of Bozüyük Factory was laid in 1976. First production began in 1978 with Ready-made Toasted Bread (Etimek) with a capacity of 15 ton/day. In 1990, the existing facility began producing Topkek, and new investments were made in 1994, 1998 and 2001 due to lack of capacity and new lines were added for Popkek and Topkek. On 21 March 1991, the foundations of Oatmeal production facility were laid on the same factory site and it started its operations in the beginning of 1992 with a capacity of 1.88 ton/day. Today, approximately 30 different varieties of Popkek, Topkek, Browni, Turti, Etimek and Lifalif brands are produced in the production lines. Producing successful results in biscuit facilities, TPM application was moved to Bozüyük Facility, and “TPM Excellence Award” was received in 2007, followed by “TPM Continuity in Excellence Award” in 2009.
Bozüyük factory has a special place within ETİ. Since the products produced in Bozüyük factory were the first of their kind to be produced in Turkey, and they were the market leaders in their own categories, the facility experienced a very rapid growth in a short time. For this reason, the factory became unable to meet growing demands and moved to Eskişehir Organized Industry Zone in order to continue to make production at world standards. ‘New Cake Factory” which was equipped with the latest technology and became one of the few factories of significant size in the world was put into operation and began production in 2005.
ETİ Bozüyük Factory sets forth its dedication to and belief in food safety and quality with the certificates it has such as TS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, TS EN ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) Food Safety.
As of March 2012, our oatmeal production is carried out at our newly established BTİF facilities.
As of 2014, Alasko Frigo production has begun.
ETİ Gıda Integrated Grain Processing Factory
The foundation of Integrated Grain Processing factory was laid in 2010, and the production began in 2012. Factory consists of three sections: “Semi-Product Lines” where the semi-products are produced, “Breakfast Product Lines” where breakfast products are produced, and “Pop Corn Rice Lines” where pop corn and rice products are produce; and it is one of the most modern facilities of Turkey in its field. Semi-products produced are processed grain varieties. They are sent to Biscuit, Cracker and Chocolate factories. Besides, these semi-products are used within the facility according to the need.
The factory in which GMP and HACCP rules are applied received TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate, and TS EN ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certificate in 2013. BRC (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) Food Safety inspection was performed successfully in June 2015, and the certificate will be received in August.
With the establishment of Integrated Grain Processing Factory, grain stocking facilities have been provided, and contracted agriculture applications began in Eti. Beginning with oat seeding on an area of 10.000 decare with 54 farmers in 2012, contracted agriculture applications increasingly continued in 2014 with wheat seeding. Contracted agriculture applications are managed by Contracted Agriculture Project Directorate within Procurement Group Management. All farming processes performed by the farmers are under the control and supervision of Agricultural engineers of Eti. Eti has also realized “From Farm to Market” slogan with this project.
Like in the other factories of ETİ, TPM activities continue in Integrated Grain Processing factory. ETİ Integrated Grain Processing Factory has applied to JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) for “TPM Excellence Award” in 2015. It has successfully passed the preliminary audit, and the final audit shall be made at the end of the year.
ETİ Gıda Dairy Products Factory
Dairy products factory was purchased from a local milk company in Konya in May 2013. After the facility was taken over, the products produced began to be used as raw material in the other factories of Eti.
Milk powder and milk cream are produced in dairy products factory.
Milk powder is produced in two different processes which are ‘Spray type’ and ‘Roller type’. Spray type is divided in two within itself and processed as full-fat and fat-free milk powder. Thus, three kinds of milk powder are produced which are fat, fat-free and roller type milk powder.
Milk powder produced is sent to Chocolate, Biscuit and Cake factories of Eti. Eti sells to domestic chocolate producers on contract basis apart from its own production factories. Milk cream is sold to the companies as well as milk powder.

Dairy products factory has increased its quality standards from the day it was purchased, and has reached Eti standards. Products are produced automatically untouched by human hands in the factory where GMP and HACCP rules are applied.
Eti Gıda Dairy Products Factory differs from the other Eti factories as it is the first Eti factory located outside Eskişehir, incorporated in Eti by procurement and takes part in a different field outside snack sector.
Facility has a strategic importance with the basic motivations such as reducing raw material costs, increasing raw material quality standards and producing raw materials special for new products.
