PREPARATION
Grind two packages of ETİ Burçak into flour using a blender; add the melted butter and mix well. Press this doughy mixture onto the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust and put it in the refrigerator. Mix the cheese, yogurt, sugar and eggs thoroughly in a deep mixing bowl. Add flour and grated lemon peel. Pour the entire mixture over the crust made from ETİ Burçak and then cook for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
In order to prepare the lemon sauce for the cheesecake, place the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and cook it using a double-boiler method and stirring constantly. The sauce should be allowed to cool and then spread over the cheesecake before serving.
