PREPARATION
Crumble and mash 200 g feta cheese with a fork. Finely chop ½ of a bunch of dill. Pound the crushed pepper and garlic in a mortar. Add ¼ cup olive oil to the mixture. Spread this mixture on top of the ETİ Form Toasted Whole Wheat Bread Slices. Arrange these slices of toast on a plate and then garnish with tomatoes and cucumbers sliced in rings.
